Web portal development

Where departments outgrow spreadsheets, emails and shared folders, we build web portals for your customers, partners and employees. They run in the browser on any device, and roles and permissions control who can see and edit what.

When a web portal pays off

Spreadsheets reach their limits

Several people maintain the same list, versions drift apart and nobody knows for sure which one is current.

Requests go through the inbox

Status questions, documents and forms go back and forth by email instead of customers and colleagues finding them in the portal.

Access needs rules

Not everyone may see everything. A roles and permissions concept defines who can read and change which data.

How we work

  1. 1

    First conversation

Your process, your systems, your goal. Afterwards you know whether and how we can help.

  2. 2

    Requirements analysis

We map the processes, clarify the interfaces and agree on the scope.

  3. 3

    Development

In short cycles, with interim versions your team can try out. Feedback goes into the next round.

  4. 4

    Operation

Hosting, monitoring, updates and further development by the same team, with no handover to third parties.

Our approach

Our own framework for portals

We build portals for customers, for partners, for our own processes and products. For this we use our own framework. A portal therefore does not start from scratch, and the time goes into the processes that set your company apart.

Frequently asked questions

Does the portal work on smartphones?

Yes. A web portal runs in the browser, on desktop as well as on tablet and smartphone, without installation.

How do you control who sees what?

With roles and permissions. Together we define which groups exist, for example customers, case workers and administration, and which data each group can read or change.

Can the portal show data from our systems?

Yes. The portal exchanges data with your existing systems through interfaces, for example with ERP, Active Directory or email, so nobody has to maintain data twice.

Do you also run the portal?

Yes. We host and monitor the portal, install updates and keep developing it.
