Where is our data stored?
In the environment you choose: as a cloud service in skai hosting or installed in your own data centre. Data of different organisations is separated, each has its own sources, its own vector database and its own logs.
Which AI models are used?
skai connects models from several providers, such as OpenAI, Anthropic and Azure. Where the provider allows it, your data is not released for training.
Can AI be built into our existing software?
Yes. We add AI features to applications we build for you or that you already use, and connect them to your data sources through interfaces.
How is this different from a general AI chat?
A general chat does not know your company. skai answers from your own documents and systems and adapts to your processes with roles, assistants and workflows.
